The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit:

A broken and a contrite heart,

O God, thou wilt not despise.

Psalm 51:17

He heals the broken-hearted and binds up their wounds.  (Psalm 147:3)

A Word of Encouragement ...

I am convinced and confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will [continue to] perfect and complete it until the day of Christ Jesus [the time of His return]. Faithful and absolutely trustworthy is He who is calling you [to Himself for your salvation], and He will do it [He will fulfill His call by making you holy, guarding you, watching over you, and protecting you as His own]. Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God. And the peace of God [that peace which reassures the heart, that peace] which transcends all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus [is yours]. Delight yourself in the LORD, And He will give you the desires and petitions of your heart. For as many as are the promises of God, in Christ they are [all answered] “Yes.” So through Him we say our “Amen” to the glory of God. [Philippians 1:6 ; 1 Thessalonians 5:24; 2 Corinthians 1:20; Psalm 37:4; Philippians 4:6]
